Chef Tech Academy was launched in June of 2012. the mission of the academy is to empower children to learn about the importance of math, science , and technology through the development of a healthy awareness of food. Chef Tech Academy is a professional introduction for students to the culinary arts world. Our campers learn about food safety, nutrition, kitchen skills, and kitchen science.
This year (2016) we received several request for scholarships for children who enjoy cooking and learning. Our goal is to raise the funds to offer 50 scholarships to our day camp for children ages 5-11 and 50 scholarships for children who want attend our residential camp ages 12-18.
